The main advantage of this program is that it does not require experience with meditation, Mindfulness or other practices where concentration and awareness are needed. But it is good for starting an acquaintance with conscious sexuality that is based on the same principles as a meditation. During all sessions, you are guided by me and stay in a receiving role. This program can benefit men and women who need to rejuvenate their energy with the help of loving touch and care or improve state of health after a stressful period of life.

This program consists of 4 sessions which address different aspects of transformation. I begin it with a practical part (tantric massage) because it can show better than any words in what condition the body is in the present time. Then it is followed by mind work and harmonizing of the energy system. The package is finished with tantric massage to see the progress.
